Based on your data and local conditions, we will create your tailored training and nutrition plan. You will receive access
to the app for documentation.
We will meet at the agreed-upon location (at your home, outdoors, or at the gym). We’ll start directly with your first tailored training session, placing the focus on correct technique.
We will meet regularly for your training sessions. In between appointments, I am also available via app and chat to answer any questions you may have.
We regularly review your progress, adjust the plan to your new personal bests, and ensure that your results remain stable even after the coaching has ended.
