    Free Introductory Consultation

    We will get to know each other (virtually or in Hamburg),
    clarify your goals, discuss your health status, and find the
    ideal training location for you.

    Your Individual Master Plan

    Based on your data and local conditions, we will create your tailored training and nutrition plan. You will receive access
    to the app for documentation.

    The First 1:1 Session

    We will meet at the agreed-upon location (at your home, outdoors, or at the gym). We’ll start directly with your first tailored training session, placing the focus on correct technique.

    Close-Knit Support

    We will meet regularly for your training sessions. In between appointments, I am also available via app and chat to answer any questions you may have.
