My own passion for movement and sport is the origin of my work. I started playing football at the age of five, and at 17, I discovered gym training, which quickly became more than just a hobby. Through my training—which I continue to pursue passionately at 33—I gained a significant boost in
self-confidence and quality of life.
My first personal training sessions started organically when members of the studios where I worked approached me. The joy of helping others motivated me, leading to the decision in 2016 to officially formalize my expertise. At the IST in Berlin, I completed my first licenses within a year, including
Personal Trainer, Medical Fitness Trainer, and the B-License, supplemented by a Sports Nutrition License.
Over the years, however, I noticed that the sheer flood of information about training and nutrition—exacerbated by social media—leaves many people overwhelmed and uncertain. It’s often forgotten that a fundamental understanding of the basics alone can lead to enormous progress.
My interest in maximum precision eventually led me to genetics, a topic I find incredibly exciting, especially through
my collaboration with a fellow epigenetic coach.
Today, my greatest motivation is to shorten this path of frustration: I want to help people gain a better quality of life and more self-confidence by focusing on
the essentials and creating plans that truly match their biology.
